What clients ask before they commit
Who owns the code and the design when it is finished?
You do, outright. The code is handed over on a repository in your name, the domain and hosting are bought in your name, and there is no licence, retainer or platform you are tied to. If you want to move to another developer next year, nothing stops you.
What if I do not like the design?
You see and approve the interface design before any of it is coded. Two rounds of revision at that stage are part of the price. Nothing gets built until you are happy with how it looks, because rebuilding a design in code is where cost actually comes from.
How do I pay you from Europe?
PayPal, Revolut or an ordinary international bank transfer, whichever is simplest at your end. Half at the start, half on delivery. You get an invoice for both.
What happens after the site launches?
Anything broken is fixed free for the first thirty days — that is my problem, not yours. After that, changes and additions are agreed separately, only if you want them. There is no compulsory monthly fee.
How long does it really take?
Two to four weeks from the point your content is ready. Content is almost always what sets the pace: if the text and images are waiting when we start, it is two weeks; if they are written as we go, it is four.
What do you need from me to start?
A conversation about who the site is for, whatever text and images already exist, and one person who can approve the design. That is genuinely it. If the text does not exist yet, I will tell you what is needed and in what order.
